Out of the "track" itinerary in the centre of Italy, wich departs from the old-abandoned train station Spoleto-Norcia, passing through uplands and their exclusive, undiscovered taste. Break at Castelluccio di Norcia, Lago di Campotosto, Rocca Calascio.

DAY 1. We will cover the now greenway Spoleto-Norcia. Do not forget a frontal light to illuminate the severals galleries we will pass through. Due to the railway origins of our track, climbs will never be exhagerates. A short sector on asphalt will connect us to Norcia, where we will face this immediately tuff climb, fortunately still on asphalt, until rifugio Perugia looking at the Castelluccio's plain.

DAY 2. We will descent to piana di Castelluccio, wich on July is showing all colors of lentil's florescence, and we will ride for all its lenght under the presence of monte Vettore. We will climb up direction Accumoli's morasses, another upland where its wide puddles recall savage or farm animals, and we will descend to Amatrice. From here a long climb will bring us to Campotosto's lake.

DAY 3. Riding and Refreshing ourselves long the lakeside, we will climb to Capannelle's pass and we will continue under Gran Sasso, meeting herds of blondies horses. Once reached Cerreto's spring we can take Gran Sasso's cable car or an equipped bus. Once at rifugio Mussolini we will ride all the Campo Imperatore, upland of 3x10km, surrounded by Gran Sasso's peaks, where the orizon looks untouchable. Regenerated from these natural beauties, now we can enjoy the hystorical ones: from the S. Stefano di Sessanio medieval village, finishing our day-tour at Rocca Calascio, where the Lady Hawke movie was recorded.

DAY 4. We will descend all the national park. Back to Aquila's direction on an easy asphalt or hill track. Once in Abruzzo's state city, still damaged from the famous earthquake, we can admire the fontana delle 99 cannelle. From here we can go back to Spoleto by train.
